A signature is required as added security and to ensure the goods aren’t misplaced in transit. However we understand that it may not always be possible. If you are unavailable to accept & prefer to have the product left at your requested premises, please mention this in the notes section, during your purchase. Cake Lingerie will not take responsibility for parcels that are not signed for upon delivery.

International

Shipping outside Australia is undertaken by courier only due to the risk of loss with postage via the mail system.

Handling

Product shown on our website as available will be despatched the same business day provided the order is placed before 11.00am AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Please do not purchase product marked as 'Not Available' as a wait time could be endured.

Every garment will be gift wrapped and boxed. Every 'Gift Box' is then placed in a outer mailing box for extra protection and to avoid revealing the contents of the package. The contents of the package will be marked as 'Clothing'.

Customs and Duty

Majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country customs agency may select a shipment for assessment which could incur duties and taxes. The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that this package may incur when entering the destination country. These charges vary from country to country and will not be covered by 'Cake Lingerie'.

Delivery times

Delivery within Australia will be made to you within 5 days of the placement of your order (on most occasions), although 'Cake Lingerie' cannot be held responsible for any delays as we use a 3rd party to provide the delivery service.

Australian deliveries will be issued with a tracking number once the goods have left our premises to help track the whereabouts of your parcel.

Overseas shipments can take in between 3-14 days for delivery and in some cases have known to be longer due to unique arrangements within your country.

Tracking

Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive and email confirming dispatch accompanied by a tracking number enabling you to monitor the delivery process. This service will be supplied by the 3^rd party shipping company.
