Returns and Exchanges Policy

We take pride in the quality and fit of our product and will cover the cost of the first exchange to you.

• If you are unsatisfied or require an exchange, please return garments in its original condition within 21 days of receipt, with labels attached, and we will be happy to process an exchange or give you a full refund.
   
• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a completed returns form with a copy of the original invoice. Postage costs to return the item to Cake Lingerie is the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges must be sent to:

• We strongly recommend that all returns or exchanges sent via a traceable method to ensure we receive the return. We do not take responsibility for returns we do not receive.
   
• Cake Lingerie will pay for posting the first exchanged item to you
   
• Garments returned outside the 30 day period, are damaged/ visibly word or sent back without their original tags will not be eligible for an exchange or refund, and the garments will be sent back to the customer.
   
• Only garments purchased from our ‘online store’ are eligible for an exchange or refund.
